If you are looking to change an appointment more than 24 hours before the scheduled time, we advise you to call our clinic reception on 0131 225 5542. If we are unable to take your call, leave a voicemail with your name, describing the change you would like. If it is possible, our team will confirm it with you and the practitioner.

Alternatively, by logging into your Jane account, you can simply cancel your old appointment and replace it with your preferred, new time.

Appointments being rescheduled with less than 24 hours will need to be actioned by a member of our team by calling our clinic reception on 0131 225 5542 or emailing [email protected].
