Do I have to pay for my return/exchangeUpdated 9 months ago

Depending on the reason for returning an item/order, Napiers will not cover the cost of returns. This will be covered by the customer. Please note, Napiers will pay for return shipping if:

  • Item received was damaged
  • Item received was incorrectly shipped
