We do ship to most countries, however, there are a few that we are unable to send to.

To review the countries we currently don't ship to, please see the list available in the dropdown at checkout.

Shipping time varies dependent on location.

If you have been waiting for more than 10 days to receive your order, please get in touch with our team so we can investigate the issue by email at [email protected] or call 0131 225 5542.

Please check any restrictions, duties, taxes and any other fees that are collected from your country before you place the order. Napiers will not be responsible for any of the above Duties and Fees.

Napiers will not be responsible for any packages held at customs.

Please check whether products in your order are legally permitted in your country before you place an order. Napiers will not be responsible in the event the requested products are detained or confiscated by customs.
