How do I make a return?Updated 10 months ago

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Return by mail

Contact our customer service team on mailorder@napiers.net to initiate the return process with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

Return in store

Please note we only accept returns for purchases made on napiers.net at our Edinburgh store. Please present your order confirmation or packing slip as proof of purchase. All items must be unused and in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to reject returns if they do not meet our returns criteria.

Refund process

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will examine it to ensure that it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Non-returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to being bespoke, unused, out of date or other reasons. We reserve the right to reject returns if they do not meet our returns criteria.
