Once your item(s) have been returned, please allow 1 - 3 business days for them to be assessed. A member of our staff will then issue your refund and notify you via email. A refund will automatically be applied through the original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days in most circumstances.

Some refunds may take longer dependent on the circumstance and bank used.
