I need my order by a specific date, can I get it sooner?Updated 9 months ago

We understand the importance of receiving your order by a specific date. We operate on a first in, first out basis to ensure fairness for all our customers and to not prioritise one persons needs over another. We will do our best to work through orders to ensure you receive yours when needed. 

To avoid disappointment please place your order at least 4 days before the required date. This will give our team the best chance to process your order and allow for shipping/collection, whilst maintaining our 1 to 3 day dispatch service level.

In some instances, there can be delays outside of our control such as if a prescription requires a herbalist to make an alteration or amendment or if a product oversells. This can delay our dispatch/dispensing service level. Whilst we do our best to avoid these delays, there are some instances where this is unavoidable.
