Our couriers offer the opportunity for your to select a safe space. On the day of delivery you will be able to select from a few options such as leaving your parcel with a neighbour, in your communal postal area or hidden out of sight in a designated location. This will be disclosed on the tracking itself. Napiers is not liable for any parcels that go missing or are not delivered to a safeplace.
