Lost packages

Damaged packages

We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged package. In such cases, please contact our customer service team by email at [email protected] or call 0131 225 5542 within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos of the damaged items or package.

We will review the documentation provided and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.
