Which items are not eligible for returns/refunds?Updated 9 months ago

Items that are not eligible for a return include:

  • A replacement product
  • Free gifts
  • Products bought from a third party (e.g. Amazon, TikTok, etc.), please contact that platform directly
  • Prescription items
  • Bespoke blends
  • Items not in a resalable condition
  • Individual items from any gift bundle

Contact our customer service team by email at [email protected] or call 0131 225 5542 to discuss a return or refund before sending the items back to us as we cannot guarantee the return/refund will be accepted.
