Items that are not eligible for a return include:
- A replacement product
- Free gifts
- Products bought from a third party (e.g. Amazon, TikTok, etc.), please contact that platform directly
- Prescription items
- Bespoke blends
- Items not in a resalable condition
- Individual items from any gift bundle
